1) No refunds after entry

• Once an entry has been submitted into a live competition, refunds are not available.
• Entries are recorded and cannot be withdrawn without compromising fairness and integrity.
• Competition entries represent participation in a prize competition, not the purchase of goods.
• Round 2 website credit is not a refund request or cash withdrawal. It is only awarded where the Round 2 result applies.

2) When refunds may be issued

• If a competition is cancelled entirely and cannot proceed, all paid entries will be refunded where appropriate.
• If a technical or billing error results in an incorrect or duplicate charge.
• If a refund is required under applicable UK consumer law.
• Refunds are not issued due to a change of mind after entry.
• Refunds are not issued because a customer does not win Round 1 or Round 2.

3) If a competition does not sell out (Rollover)

• Bonus Ball draws scheduled for Wednesday or Saturday close at 7:30pm UK time on the day of the draw.
• If a competition does not sell out before closing time, it may roll over to the next applicable live UK Lotto draw.
• All existing ticket numbers remain fully valid during rollover.
• No refunds are issued solely because a competition has rolled over.
• Updated draw dates and closing times will be shown on the competition page.
• Round 1 and Round 2 only apply to the active draw date shown on the competition page.

4) Bonus Ball competitions

• Bonus Ball competitions use a fixed ticket range of 1–59.
• Round 1 determines the main prize winner using the official Round 1 UK Lotto Bonus Ball result.
• Round 2 determines entry fee website credit using the official Round 2 UK Lotto Bonus Ball result.
• Round 2 website credit is not the same as winning the main prize.
• Once an entry is recorded, refunds are not issued unless Section 2 applies.

5) Round 2 website credit

• Round 2 website credit is only awarded where an eligible entry matches the official Round 2 Bonus Ball result.
• Website credit may be used towards future entries on TheBonusBall.co.uk.
• Website credit is not normally withdrawable as cash unless we clearly state otherwise.
• Website credit may be subject to account checks, fraud prevention checks, and site rules.

6) How refunds are processed

• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible.
• Processing times depend on your payment provider, typically 5–10 business days.
• Website credit from Round 2 is added to the customer account where applicable and is separate from payment-provider refunds.

7) Fraud prevention & abuse

• Refunds may be refused where there is evidence of fraudulent activity.
• Chargeback abuse or attempts to manipulate competitions may result in account restriction.
• If a payment is reversed or charged back, the related entry may be voided and any prize or credit may be withheld or recovered.
