Round 2 — Entry Fee Credit
If you do not win Round 1 but your chosen number matches the published Round 2 Bonus Ball, your entry fee is returned as website credit.

The Entry Process

Select an available number from 1–59. Each ticket number can only be allocated once per competition.
Answer the Skill Question
Where required, complete the skill-based question correctly before your entry can be accepted.
Checkout or Enter Free by Post
Complete checkout securely, or use the free postal entry route. Valid accepted postal entries are treated equally once recorded.
The Draw Closes
Bonus Ball entries usually close at 7:30pm UK time on the active draw date shown on the relevant competition page.
Results Are Checked
Round 1 is used to determine the main prize winner. Round 2 is used to determine entry fee website credit where applicable.
Draw Timing
The competition page displays the active draw date and the closing time for that competition. Entries cannot be accepted after the displayed closing time.
- Bonus Ball competitions usually close at 7:30pm UK time on Wednesday or Saturday.
- Always check the relevant competition page before entering.
- The active draw date shown on that page is used for the applicable Round 1 and Round 2 outcome.
If a Competition Does Not Sell Out
Where a competition has not sold out by its advertised closing time, it may roll over to the next applicable live draw. Valid accepted entries remain active during the rollover unless the competition page clearly states otherwise.
- No refund is issued solely because a competition rolls over.
- The updated draw date and closing details are shown on the relevant competition page.
- Round 1 and Round 2 apply to the active draw date displayed for that competition.
After You Enter
- Your entry is recorded once accepted.
- Your order and entry details can be viewed in My Account.
- You may receive an order confirmation or receipt by email.
Winner Contact
Main prize winners are checked before prize fulfilment. We aim to contact verified winners within 24 hours once the relevant result and entry record have been reviewed.
- Winners are contacted using the details linked to their account or accepted postal entry.
- Age, identity, address or eligibility checks may be requested before a prize is released.
- Physical prizes are sent using tracked delivery where available.
- Round 2 website credit is added to the eligible account where applicable.
Free Postal Entry
No purchase is necessary. Eligible competitions have a free postal entry route, with full instructions available in the Competition Rules.
- Postal entries must meet the stated entry requirements.
- Postal entries must arrive before the relevant competition closing time.
- Accepted postal entries are included in both Round 1 and Round 2 outcomes where applicable.
