Ticket sales for Bonus Ball competitions close at 7:30pm (UK time) on draw days (Wednesday or Saturday).

If a competition has not sold out by closing time, it may roll over and remain open until the next applicable live draw (as shown on the competition page / Rules).

The winner is determined using the UK Lotto Bonus Ball — the 7th ball drawn (six main balls, then Bonus Ball).

How the winner is determined

  1. Each entry is linked to a number within the competition’s stated range (Bonus Ball: 1–59).
  2. Entries close at the advertised time (Wed/Sat draws: 7:30pm UK time).
  3. If the competition does not sell out by closing time, it may roll over to the next applicable live draw.
  4. After the relevant National Lottery draw, we reference the published Bonus Ball (7th ball) number.
  5. The entry number that matches the published Bonus Ball is the winner.
The “relevant draw” is the draw date shown on the competition page (or the next applicable draw after rollover), as described in the Rules.

Independent verification

  1. The UK Lotto draw result is publicly available and can be checked independently.
  2. We match the published Bonus Ball (7th ball) to the recorded entry number for that competition.
  3. We keep entry/order records to support verification and auditing.
If an issue is identified, fulfilment may be paused while we investigate and confirm the correct outcome in line with the Rules.

Winner notification

  1. We aim to contact winners within 24 hours once verified.
  2. We use the details provided at entry (or supplied with a free postal entry).
  3. We may request eligibility verification before fulfilment (e.g., age/identity checks).

Prize fulfilment

  1. Physical prizes are shipped using tracked delivery where available.
  2. Tracking details are provided once dispatched.
  3. Cash prizes are transferred after verification checks are completed.

  2. Winner details may be shown in a privacy-safe format (e.g., first name and town) where permitted.
